The location was fantastic! Room was nice and clean in the Rush Tower, but there were some minor issues with the room and service. Staff was friendly except for one.
Birthday trip had some hiccups. Check-in was easy but room cleanliness and dining experience were subpar. Front desk staff unhelpful and rude during check-out.
Rush Tower Gold Club room was nice, but some advertised amenities were missing. Housekeeping inconsistent and VIP check-in unreliable. Pool was crowded.
Amazing location, great for exploring Fremont Street and other downtown casinos. But pricey resort fee, despite not using all amenities.
Great location, easy check-in, clean hallways, and lots of food options. Parking was a bit tricky with a van, but they accommodated us.
